EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

You, an individual or business entity, are entering into an agreement with CubicleSoft. By installing this software package, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, do not install the software. Violations of this agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree that CubicleSoft owns all rights to this software package and all rights are reserved by CubicleSoft. You also agree that copyright material, trademarks, logos, icons, and other materials protected by law in this package are owned by CubicleSoft and all rights related to these materials are reserved.

You agree to not redistribute this software package without written permission from CubicleSoft.

You agree to only run the software with one (1) valid software key per copy of this software per user per machine. You agree that the use of one (1) valid software key by another user transfers the rights of the key to that user along with all of the binding terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that you are allowed to reuse a valid registered software key on the same machine when reinstalling the software package.

You agree that after the evaluation expires after using this software package with an evaluation software key to either uninstall the software package or purchase a registered software key. You agree that a registered software key is one (1) valid software key. You agree that an evaluation software key is one (1) valid software key.

You agree that after uninstalling this software package, the entire agreement continues to be effective for six (6) months past the uninstallation date. You agree that redistribution portions of this agreement continue to be effective for five (5) years past the uninstallation date. You agree that duplication portions of this agreement continue to be effective for five (5) years past the uninstallation date or, in the case of a patent, five (5) years past patent expiration, whichever is greater and wherever the law allows.

You agree to not reverse engineer, pirate, crack, or otherwise modify this software package in any way.

You agree to not create and/or use any software and/or hardware that circumvents any copyright protection mechanism built into this software package.

You agree to not create and/or use any software and/or hardware that circumvents the purchase process of registered software keys.

You agree to not duplicate any functionality found in this software package in another software package without written permission from CubicleSoft.

You agree that this software package is provided as-is and that CubicleSoft is not liable for any damage caused by using this software.

You agree that this agreement is subject to change without notice and you implicitly agree to those changes except where prohibited by law.

You agree to not hold CubicleSoft liable from use of this software package including, but not limited to, application crashes, machine restarts, data corruption, data loss, time loss, financial loss, and financial, engineering, and other calculation errors.
